I fell in love with Human Resources early in my career when I successfully managed operations for a highly-related property in Seattle. My experience training and managing gave me a glimpse into the HR and employee relations world, which led me to where I am today.I take pride in leaving a company better than I found it; whether it's implementing a new system, designing a new training, or increasing morale, I've got an eye for optimization and improvement.
