• At Essentia Water, I manage employee relations and HR for about 200 employees across all 50 states. I'm involved with the entire employee life-cycle, from recruiting (40 hires/year) and onboarding to improving company.
• Implemented the company’s first recruiting system and HRIS
• Created exit interview process and tracking system to analyze attrition trends
• Revamped company benefit package to increase coverage options for all employees
• Designed Essentia’s first employee engagement survey
• Streamlined interview process and level-setting including build-out of interview question bank

• I supported this 25-person nonprofit organization by leading the front office and coordinating all human resources activities. Select accomplishments include:
• Partnered with department managers to successfully improve organizational culture and morale.
• Implemented BambooHR to automate much of the organization's previously manual processes.
• Created a simplified, accessible version of the employee handbook.
• Partnered with benefits broker to handle benefit changes.

At Greystar, I oversaw the leasing office of a property rated the #6 best place to live by Curbed & second-highest rated by Kingsley Associates. We achieved less than 1% delinquency. In addition to property management, I also managed a leasing agent as well as handled training for numerous new agents.
