My main responsibility was answering phone calls. These were administrative calls as well as technical calls. Because Covenant Eyes is a computer software company providing Internet Accountability and Filtering, it is a software or application that is installed onto computer, smartphones, and tablets. With this comes the responsibility to help people when the technology becomes to complicated or confusing. I helped our members and non-members achieve greater success with our software through technical support.

I work with the Marketing team editing videos, write scripts, and shoot video. I work to use my education to benefit the company through media and communication.

I edit video, assist students with technical problems, and assisted the video professor.

I greet people with a smile. I also do paperwork and small jobs that need to be done.
