I partner with nonprofit, social impact, public, and philanthropic organizations to advance equity-focused strategic planning, culture change, and leadership development. By designing tailored strategies and fostering inclusive leadership, I help organizations build stronger, more equitable communities. My career began as an internationally touring modern dancer and teaching artist. After retiring from the stage, I invested in the broader social impact sector, spending over a decade driving change through roles ranging from policy advocacy and grant writing to fund development and international performing arts tour management.Guided by values of justice, equity, and honoring diverse perspectives, I’ve served on grassroots advocacy boards, researched non-hierarchical governance models, and explored how systems thinking helps organizations address complex challenges.I hold an MNPL in Nonprofit Leadership (Seattle University) and a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography (CalArts).
