About Katie Dignan

I've been advising professional services businesses on their sales and business development strategies for more than 20 years. I will advise on the best way to manage the sales process and how to make it work efficiently in your business. ​I regularly help firms assess their existing strengths and weaknesses using their own data to spot new opportunities and growth markets, while equipping teams to exploit them. If you want to grow your market share in a particular area of business or sector, then I will help you do it.I often work with firms to help them price more competitively and advise leadership teams on firm pricing strategies. I also help individual practice groups and specific client teams be more creative in their approach. Throughout my career I have been heavily involved in the development and implementation of coaching and mentoring programmes to professionals at all levels. My degree in Drama means I am ideally placed to coach people in how to make the right impact at presentation.I have been a consultant since 2007 and prior to that worked in-house for international legal, management consulting, accountancy and consulting engineering firms.
