While a colleague was on leave I performed her digital marketing role and lead her team, in addition to my own role. Digital marketingCreated high performing integrated campaigns to support the business during our peak time. We had 4 campaigns in market over this time:- - Our annual winter campaign, the first to hero our instant quote tool- Our open terminal campaigns educating consumers and driving foot traffic to each terminal location. - Our summer campaign where we heroed our delivery tracking technology development- Our no fuss LPG campaign, an online campaign where created a new product and drove consideration in key postcodes. Open terminalsI transformed 17 of our LPG terminals across the country into retail stores, open to the public and selling all of origin's products. We build landing pages and ran integrated traditional and digital advertising for each areas, introduced new products and created sales incentives. Digital strategyI created a digital strategy for the business and presented it to the leadership team for sign off. This strategy involved our digital advertising, online self service development and identified and created business cases for strong opportunities and new directions for the business. The endorsement the self service business enabled me to become the product owner for the build, working in an agile environment with the extensive Origin digital team. Website development- We drove organic search through the creation of local web pages. - We created improvements to our delivery tracking tool and improved efficiencies by enabling customers to reschedule their delivery. - We broke new ground with the creation of safety videos showing our business customers how to safely handle LPG and reverse the trend of a spate of injuries. - We improved the conversion rate of our online instant quote tool by 5 points and promoted this feature as our call to action in all of our advertising, driving a digital first strategy.
