Kate Chatterson served as the Executive Director of the Regulatory Compliance Association (RCA), a non-profit organization that protects investors and financial markets through accredited, graduate level education. The RCA supports governmental authorities, law schools, universities and a host of organizations by delivering graduate level curricula in asset management practice, compliance and regulation. In her role as Executive Director, Kate managed the operations of the RCA as well as the administration of its JD Concentration Certificate & Master’s Degree in Asset Management Practice & Compliance with its affiliate Law Schools. Previously, Kate’s pursuits in public service included spearheading a local chapter for the “Women for Obama” campaign, serving as Legal Intake Coordinator for the ACLU, and interning for US Senator Bob Graham (D-FL). Kate studied Political Science at the University of Central Florida and holds a Masters Concentration in Asset Management Practice & Regulation Compliance from the College of Regulation and Compliance.
