My work is focused on the review and design of contemporary operating models and processes, helping to grow the capabilities of individuals and organisations. I enjoy working with clients to find practical ways to achieve strategic goals, including through the use of technology, helping governments deliver better services for Australians. With my background in fraud and corruption investigations, I have an ongoing interest in applying process improvement, automation and data analytics solutions to design, implement, monitor and evaluate fraud and enterprise risk controls and detect suspicious behaviour, helping intelligence and investigations teams target their analysis and investigations.

During my time with the AFP I worked across national operations and community policing to lead and manage investigations and intelligence work, with a focus from 2019 on financial crime including leading the AFP's Commonwealth fraud taskforce to better detect and respond to fraud. Here, I saw firsthand the value of building a strong connection between operations and organisational strategy, and the use of data and technology to better support operational and analytical teams.
