About Minds at Work: Minds at Work is a small consultancy based in Cambridge, MA. Our work is based on the breakthrough discovery, by our founders Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, of a hidden dynamic, the “immunity to change,” which impedes personal and organizational transformation. Once people see their “immune system,” they understand why prior efforts have failed to create sustainable change, and a totally new way to move forward appears.We bring the immunity-to-change method to our public workshops, organizational consultation, customized programming, personal coaching and coach-certification programs. Our approach is based on years of research on how adults develop. We are continuously experimenting with new ways of delivering it. Many professional service organizations now make use of these ideas and practices; we created them.I am responsible for bringing the Immunity to Change approach to organizations at-scale, by using innovative online delivery methods.

About LILA: Founded in 2000 at the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Project Zero, “Learning Innovations Laboratory (LILA)” is a consortium of researchers and practitioners who are leaders in the field of organizational learning and change. We collaborate by sharing experimental work and emerging thinking in order to generate effective future practices. With the input of academic experts from a variety of disciplines, these leaders collectively become a ‘learning lab’ in which they learn with and from one another about the contemporary challenges of human learning and innovation in organizations.I am responsible for writing quarterly research briefs about our topic of inquiry, finding faculty guest speakers, and helping them plan their presentations.
