Worked directly with the Director of Curriculum to implement an external facing Hinge University, including setting up a new Learning Management System, uploading and mapping educational material within the LMS and setting up a support ticketing software for members of the University.Managed production of 'How-to' content for Hinge University. Managed the Hinge blog editorial calendar, including managing internal writers, conducting keyword research for blog posts, posting final blog posts to the website and managing employee sharing of blog posts through social media.Managed master proposal scopes and budget worksheets, including updating and revising current scopes and budgets, as well as developing scopes and budgets for new products and offerings.Trained staff on internal proposal processes and procedures.

Gordon has assembled civil engineers, landscape architects, security/law enforcement professionals, land planners, and surveyors located within a regional network of offices to provide comprehensive, multi-disciplined services to address the needs of government and business.Led the Marketing Team responsible for the preparation and submission of civil engineering, landscape architecture, security consulting and land surveying proposals. Managed the firm’s corporate rebranding efforts, including coordination with the branding consultant to develop a new positioning statement, messaging architecture and logo. Created style guidelines and maintained a consistent corporate image in all proposals, brochures, emails, and articles.
