- Supervise Development & Communications team ensuring social media, website, communications, newsletters, impact report, and marketing content and materials are current and delivered accordingly.- Member of the Agency Leadership Team making critical decisions with organizational-wide impact- Write, submit, and secure grants ranging from millions to hundred of dollars to support new and current 4Cs programs and services.- Lead partnerships and advocacy efforts with elected officials and community-based organizations- Represent 4Cs of Alameda County on a variety of county-wide committees providing a voice for ECE providers, parents, and the programs that serve them.- Oversee the Board of Directors' Resource Development Committee and work.- Create and coordinate community-wide fundraisers, including summer appeal, Week of the Young Child, End-of-Year, and Giving Tuesday campaigns.- Produce agency- and community-wide events including Annual Children's Faire and anniversary celebrations.- Lead the agency-wide Sunshine Committee, coordinating internal events for staff celebrations, self-care, and more.- Provide car seat installation checks as the the agency's primary Child Passenger Safety Technician.

- Represent nonprofit agency at community events, meetings with partner organizations, and at county-wide policy decision-making forums. - First point-of-contact for the public requesting information about and collaborations with 4Cs of Alameda County.- Responsible for development, maintenance, and updates of new agency website- Implement social media strategy including: account and content creation, group facilitation, data analysis, community manager, and engagement facilitator- Oversee development and implementation of new organization logo and agency rebranding- Develop and manage new and innovative fundraising campaigns including participation in #GivingTuesday and East Bay Gives- Organize annual agency community event with more than 1,200 attendees, plan and coordinate fundraising events, and manage staffing of multiple external events - Create all agency-wide collateral and communication, including: monthly e-newsletter, Annual Report, brochures and fliers, and internal documents- Collaborate in grant writing and submission - Participate in cross-agency program analysis, specifically utilizing results-based accountability (RBA).

• Plan, implement, and promote eight annual drive kick-off and celebration luncheons, volunteer appreciation dinners, and multiple community involvement events resulting in significant increase of program involvement and growth. • Collaborate with the development department, Communications Specialist, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director to increase donations, recruit drive participants, and increase community engagement utilizing phone-a-thons, social media, e-newsletters, and direct mail communications. • Increased event participation on average by 150%; including planning and implementing three additional annual events resulting in significant additional funds raised and new sponsors.• Represented agency at community events and corporate fairs.• Coordinated Board of Directors meetings, including facility use, food and beverages, agendas, and minute note-taking

- Develop and implement academic curriculum, field trips, physical education, arts and crafts, and other activities for preschool-aged students.- Supervise assistant teacher(s), ensuring a fun-filled program designed to stimulate children's physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth in a positive atmosphere.- Facilitate communication between parents, students, and program staff.

- Provide personal, academic, and college counseling support to high school students with a caseload focused on those students labeled most "at-risk."- Advise students on high school graduation and college admission requirements and help students plan academic path best for them.- Participate in meetings between counselors, administrators, parents, students, and staff including IEPs, 504 plans, and Student Study teams.- Implement SASI in changing students' class schedules.

- Counsel students in need of personal, social, or academic support, with an emphasis in helping students with low self-esteem and body image, underachievement, family members’ addiction, and behavioral problems.- Create and lead groups in the areas of academic and study skills support, preparation for high school, and facilitate groups preparing incoming fifth graders from local elementary schools for middle school. - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff in order to support students’ academic and psychological well-being.

- Ensure that facility operations are run smoothly and efficiently- Responsible for opening and closing event space- Respond to customer concerns during large events with up to 12,500 attendees- As needed, provide office support, answering multiple-line telephone system, front desk inquiries, and general customer service concerns.
