4Cs is a nonprofit family resource agency dedicated to strengthening children, families and child care providers in Alameda County. 4Cs is committed to the development of an integrated, coordinated system of quality and affordable child care services for all families and children. Our resource and referral services are available to all parents, regardless of income. 4Cs has nearly fifty years of experience in providing child care referrals, assistance and training. It is a highly valued advocate for children, child care legislation, and higher standards for child care services and programs within Alameda County.
4Cs:
