While working as an associate at MedShape, I supported the accounting, logistics, and customer service departments through execution of the following duties:- Collaborated with CFO in book-keeping, using a combination of Excel and analog methodology.Primarily recorded accounts receivables and salary expense entries.- Fulfilled outgoing shipments, physically packing device orders on the product floor, and aided in the intake and processing of returns.- Audited quarantined medical device inventory (over 300 units comprised of nearly 50 varieties) against company records using pen and paper.I input the inventory audit data into the computer system to prepare the company for its upcoming audit.
