• Assist a staff of 12 appraisers; writing up reports, pulling photos, gathering comparable information to be used on the report, taking photos for appraisers when needed, sending all completed appraisals out to clients.
• Field incoming calls and emails from all loan companies and make sure their needs were met and properly taken care of; this includes processing their entire request and assigning the correct appraiser to them.
• Process account receivable and payables which includes making bank deposits and creating monthly billing statements that were sent off to each client.
• Assisted in recruiting new office personnel and appraisers as needed.
• Set-up and plan travel arrangements for the owner of the company once a month.
