- Work closely with Corporate Marketing Partners on the execution of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.- With a strong business acumen of both Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management ensure adequate representation and strategic alignment on execution of corporate marketing initiatives.- Play an instrumental role in executing on marketing initiatives which includes participation in working with Corporate Marketing, ability to provide feedback as the business subject matter expert, review of marketing tactics, complete control partner review and ensure stakeholders are made aware of execution.- Ensure all marketing initiatives are reviewed through governance and control processes when required. All while demonstrating the ability to manage risk and working closely with key control partners across TD Wealth.- Develop and deliver a story while demonstrating strategic alignment for Leader presentations developed in PowerPoint- Ensure marketing initiatives have coordinated communications which may support Leader and advisor communications - Provide direction to the Marketing Associate- Content Writer & Advisor Marketing on advisor led material required to compliment corporate marketing initiatives

• Plan, coordinate, execute and sustain the launch for 3 national marketing programs• Work collaboratively with Marketing partners to create, approve and launch various marketing programs through a variety of targeted and non-targeted channels• Support field questions and create materials such as one-pagers, conversation guides, FAQ's, presentation decks, etc. to helps Financial Planner's and Senior Manager's in execution on leads programs• Host training sessions for new Financial Planners to introduce them to Marketing materials available for use and overview of client acquisition programs• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and execute through a Marketing Pod, e.g. trigger based email campaigns• Launch and support various internal R&R programs to strengthen the relationship between Retail and Financial Planning

• Communicate with Financial Planners over various outlets (email, ticketing, telephone, etc.) providing them with reliable information to assist in client interactions and escalations• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the 3 Financial Planners I support, their clients and various internal partners to provide a seamless, legendary client experience• Identify opportunities to implement new strategies in client contact initiatives and work with the Financial Planners to execute these tactics to improve their LEI results• Process a variety of client and FP requests with focus on first-time right and prioritizing their needs by effectively managing my time and the expectations of each stakeholder • Lead the monthly open house recruiting event, training lead for new Standard Financial Planners and new FPA’s and participate as a creative director for the quarterly department newsletter while maintaining a high level of performance in day-to-day duties
