• Act as a liaison with public organizations, job placement agencies, community groups, colleges and other sources to identify and recruit candidates; maintain network of sources for candidates• Plan, direct, and supervise all activities relating to the administration and maintenance of AVI’s recruiting and staffing efforts• Provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to Recruiting Specialist who will provide recruiting support to hiring managers throughout the company• Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates• Maintain and grow a well-developed group of quality vendors while maximizing AVI’s ROI• Work closely with various Managers in the company to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate on company-level initiatives• Conduct recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel and develop recruiting initiatives which appropriately increase applicant flow within the recruiting budget• Implement and update recruiting programs and make revision suggestions as necessary• Maintain and revise Human Resources Policies and Procedures associated with recruiting programs and develop new policies for review• Develop recruiting goals, objectives & systems• Review and approve invoices for payment
