As part of my Master of Social Work field placement, I collaborated with the Housing Coalition of St. Albert during the initial stages of development of the St. Albert HomeShare Program. This process included facilitating information sessions and public workshops to gauge community interested and identify the unique housing needs in St. Albert, building relationships with other similar programs across the globe, and navigating the challenges and logistics of program implementation.
