I work as a run coach and strength instructor at Edge Athlete Lounge.Ever since I started running [cross country in high school], I fell in love with the sport. I loved the confidence and strength that it gave me, and I loved the community that it gave me. I had a dream to run my first marathon, I knew it would be hard, would take sacrifice, and dedication. Crossing the finish line was the best feeling in the world, and I proved to myself that any goal I set, no matter how grand in size, I could achieve. It made me a stronger person. From the marathon to now ultramarathons, I actually get excited to be the sore, hobbling runner you see the day after the race. I just completed my first 100 miler ;) and it left me hungry for more! I am a RRCA Level 1 | UESCA Certified Run Coach, have been running competitively since 2003, and have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I am passionate about helping other runners achieve their goals. From beginners to seasoned veterans looking for a new PR or to tackle a new distance, I am here to help you be the strongest [mentally & physically] runner you can be [and have fun doing it]!

Mentors provide one-on-one support to individuals or couples, helping to alleviate the emotional, mental and physical stresses associated with infertility. Shine’s monthly support sessions, Shine Together, offered in-person and virtually, provide a safe, comfortable space for participants to share thoughts, ask questions, and learn from the experiences of other members during their fertility journey.
