I can sum myself up pretty easily: I love using technology to make business easier.The key point about cutting-edge processes and software solutions is to gain business advantage. So while I fully understand the developer nuances of the actual technologies, I get really excited when it helps our activities take a giant stride forward. I love travelling, meeting people, and working collaboratively to resolve problems, develop strategies and develop new ideas.With this in mind, my role as Digital Product & Technology Director to 360 Private Travel is all about delivering benefits to the everyday work of our teams. This is especially for our Partners, who have their own sales businesses with us and drive what we do. The company ethics and philosophy match my own, so it’s a joy to make a difference here with collaborative process improvements.My work at 360 is a continuation of my career in IT that started almost 25 years ago. After graduation I worked in retail systems for a few years before starting my own businesses, Blue Bridge Solutions and Persomi, the latter still active and offering a bespoke service across all customer contact points and responses.From 2017 I took a few years out to spend time as a full-time mum. During that time I began a second career as a personal trainer, Crossfit coach and L4 sports massage therapist, leading me to co-own my specialist gym, Crossfit Tonbridge & TAG.Building motivation and stamina in people there is mirrored by my work at 360 Private Travel; the good balance between my various activities helps me continue to find every challenge stimulating.Specialities:- strategy and business planning, analysis and problem solving, bespoke application development, personalised marketing solutions, retail marketing, travel software, reporting, CRM solutions & loyalty.
