This is especially for our Partners, who have their own sales businesses with us and drive what we do. The company ethics and philosophy match my own, so it’s a joy to make a difference here with collaborative process improvements.My work at 360 is a continuation of my career in IT that started almost 25 years ago. After graduation I worked in retail systems for a few years before starting my own businesses, Blue Bridge Solutions and Persomi, the latter still active and offering a bespoke service across all customer contact points and responses.From 2017 I took a few years out to spend time as a full-time mum. During that time I began a second career as a personal trainer, Crossfit coach and L4 sports massage therapist, leading me to co-own my specialist gym, Crossfit Tonbridge & TAG.Building motivation and stamina in people there is mirrored by my work at 360 Private Travel; the good balance between my various activities helps me continue to find every challenge stimulating.Specialities:- strategy and business planning, analysis and problem solving, bespoke application development, personalised marketing solutions, retail marketing, travel software, reporting, CRM solutions & loyalty.
