We understand one of your major concerns is not having enough staff, of the right calibre, available at the right time and in the right location.We supply, but are not limited to: SIA Security Staff, Safety Stewards, Hospitality Host, Ticket/Program sales, Car Parking Services, Traffic Management Coordinators, Litter Pickers/Site Cleaners, Catering , Bar Attendants, Production Support, Site Crew inc Plant Operators and Riggers. In addition we supply teams or individual labourers to undertake a verity of manual work, covering erecting marquees, laying temporary floor surfaces, loading and unloading, assisting in erecting and dismantling stages / platforms, during build and break.In recent months we have provided staff to such diverse events as the British Superbikes, Donington Park, Wembley Internationals, Twickenham, Download, The Royal Welsh Show, Waddington Air Show and Silverstone to name but a few.

For this position my main duties include; scheduling appointments, dealing with leaks, supporting my team with daily issues.I have eight people in my team who I support on a daily basis as I am their first point of call for any problems they have. Part of my role is ensuring that all 37 schedules are filled out each day and to solve any scheduling issues that the 37 engineers may have as soon as possible.My position also involves dealing with leaks that customers report. Within in our company we have a two hour deadline to adhere to, which I always hit. I also have a special role which is to deal with any access customers who are vulnerable customs. This part of my job involves being very discreet as I have to deal with a lot of sensitive information.

The main duties that I undertook at this company were to search CV’s using several different programs, interview potential candidates and looking after the company’s business interest by sourcing potential clients. I would phone candidates to make sure that they were available for the job and would ask several questions to make sure they were a good candidate for that particular position and that it would be something of interest to them.Choosing the correct candidate is important as my choices reflected the agency and I wanted to send our clients the right people for their open positions. If I spoke to someone who was currently working I always asked them where they were working and would try to find out how they obtained that position. I found a few leads whilst working at Extra Personnel which have helped the company. I have also interviewed people face to face, and helped them fill in the application forms. I am very confident talking to people on the phone and find it easy to connect with people. I liaised with clients on a regular basis to make sure we found them the kind of person they are looking for. All clients were happy with the candidates we sent to them. I dealt with all of the compliance procedures and made sure that all procedures were adhered to.

My main duties were to place sales and purchase orders using Sage line50, Liaising with their factory in China regarding shipping, dealt with cargo services, Customer complaints and any ad-hoc daily tasks. I worked within the sales and logistics department, it was important that I made sure customer orders were placed correctly and that customers were constantly updated and happy with the progress. All orders were received via email; they all had to have a sales and purchase ledger created on Sage line50.I was the first point of contact for complaints; I would follow the whole process through to the resolution, and had to ensure that a high standard of customer service was met. I also dealt with incoming calls from the clients; sometimes clients needed product information which I would provide them with.I have experience liaising with freight forwarding companies based in China; I had to co-ordinate the shipping of the orders. I have a good eye for detail which is important when inputting data and making sure that orders arrived on time.
