In August 2016, in addition to the duties listed below, I became the USA National Proposal Coordinator. In this role, I was responsible for assembling and submitting all multi-laboratory national proposals within the USA. In an effort to make this task more efficient, I set up an online proposal system. Additionally, I was involved in coordinating and assisting with global proposals for the Environmental Business Unit. In November 2016, we hired another team member who is now the primary Tradeshow and Event Coordinator. I trained her on the systems we use and acted as her back-up when needed for those tasks.

In August 2013, I moved back to the Kelso, WA Corporate Office and maintained my position within the company. In June 2014, I was promoted to a Marketing Coordinator II for all 51 locations in North America. In this role, I continued to coordinate over 200 trade shows and events per year, including pre-show and post-show marketing, registration and logistics. I developed and analyzed multi-platform campaigns, managed/edited online technical blogs, websites, and databases, co-managed social media sites, provided general business development support, assisted with managing and updating the CRM, and assisted with national proposals for the United States. Assisted with international and cross-divisional marketing, including in the UK and Latin America.Within this role, I implemented additional tools to assist with making our department and company more efficient, including: • Marketing Team Project Management site. Identified and evaluated system, developed workspaces, and trained the team. Migrated information into Podio from other sources. • Flyer Order site - Internal eCommerce site for BD to order marketing collateral from Corporate. Identified system and designed layout within website. Set up site before handing-off document upload, maintenance, and management to Marketing Coordinator.• External eCommerce site for clients to order products from ALS. Identified and evaluated system, designed the site within an eCommerce program, provided internal training for accounting and laboratory. • Marketing component to CRM. Identified and evaluated the system, participated in 60-day implementation training, have created the initial templates for the majority of content, connected to CRM, provided training, and act as the primary administrator.

In the transition from Columbia Analytical to ALS, I relocated to Houston, TX to work in the ALS Corporate Office and became the North America Marketing Coordinator. This move included an increase from six laboratories in the USA to 51 locations in the USA and Canada. In this role, I was the Tradeshow and Event Coordinator (over 200 shows per year), the primary graphic designer, Salesforce co-administrator, and SEO/Google Adwords coordinator. Additionally, I created multiple online tools to expedite approvals and processes within company. The other primary responsibilities in this role included social media and campaign management, general sales support, editing sales & marketing presentations, branding and ordering laboratory's client-facing documents, ordering building signage, website content maintenance with Sitecore, website content and host maintenance of old Columbia Analytical website, direct mail and email marketing, assisting with market research, assisting with lead management, and general marketing. Also assisted in creating a Business Development portal using the Sales Arsenal from 2011 as a starting point for content.

In March 2011, I was hired at Columbia Analytical Services (now ALS) as a Marketing Assistant and then promoted to a Marketing Representative in November 2011. In these roles, I created marketing collateral for the six laboratories in the United States, made edits to the website, assisted with SEO strategies, assisted with Tradeshow and Event coordination, designed and launched email campaigns and Direct Mail pieces, created a "Sales Arsenal" for our BD group, participated in BD conference calls and strategy meetings, edited sales/marketing presentations, designed the national brochure, and monitored our social media pages. In November 2011, ALS purchased Columbia Analytical and I participated in the brand migration.
