Event management - management of events for clients as well as under own brand. Developing event concepts based on studying the brand and identifying target audience. Planning and coordination of technical aspects of the event before and during launch. Preparation of event reports for internal use, clients and sponsors.

Counseling support at the International Relations Department

Support of three Brand Managers with a total of five brands (Syoss Hair Care & Styling, Gliss Kur, Schauma, Drei Wetter Taft and got2b) in respect to the coordination of product launches and re-launches in the Central Eastern Europe Region. Independent project management of the product artwork process - coordination of local creation of the artworks.
