Based on my work in the technology space in the Philadelphia community, I was nominated and selected for the prestigious Keepers program in 2021. The aim of the six-month program is to provide leadership training for emerging leaders with demonstrated impact on Philadelphia. I led projects for companies that made humans' lives better.• Orchestrated website improvements for an international student research program organization (Pioneer Academics), including a new section for enrollment in a free summer program offered in response to COVID-19.• Modernized an enterprise application for a health services nonprofit organization (World Health Care Infrastructures) to reduce staff time spent on operations activities.• Quelled data loss fears of a women's health practice (The Center for Women's Health) by spearheading a project to move the client from an on-premise server to the cloud, while adhering to HIPAA compliance requirements.• Advised a walk-and-talk mental health therapy startup (Airapy) on strategic business initiatives, UX, and project management to help support a pivot due to COVID-19.
