Rippleworks is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation that supports scaling social impact ventures around the world (including both for-profits and nonprofits) with Services and Capital. Services include multi-month Projects to overcome their most pressing operational challenges, Expert Office Hours for quick-hit support, and Leaders Studio leadership programming for everyone but the CEO.Most recently I completed my second project through Rippleworks and partnered with Foundation for Ecological Security (FES). FES is an organization dedicated to advocating for sustainable practices and fostering resilience in the face of environmental changes. The team has over 20 different proprietary tools used by government partners and directly impacted communities. Through this project, I helped guide the team to use user-centered design and experimentation to better understand how rural communities interact with the tools and create a product with the end user in mind.In 2020, I partnered with Simusolar, a Tanzania based social enterprise working to improve farmers income through innovative solar technologies. One of Simusolar’s top priorities was to become a company that embraces customer centricity. Throughout the project, we analyzed Simusolar’s customers, defined customer cohorts, built customer journey and service maps, and created a roadmap to operationalize identified opportunities.

Built Square's Insights practice from ground up; Led and mentored a full stack team of ux/design and market researchers to drive innovation, go-to-market product development, brand strategy, and marketing funnel across Square's ecosystem of software and hardware products.

One of the early founding members responsible for building relationships with US marketing and global product teams comprised of product managers, designers and engineers; Led cross-functional end-to-end consumer driven innovation programs to define product roadmap and drive product launches.
