Led design projects as the main designer to create complex software solutions for financial, education, security, and utilities industries. Project Highlights:• Streamlined a highly-manual mobile app management process by designing a two-sided content management system with global and localized hierarchical data relationships.• Relieved administrative burden from auction software with tools for invoices, reports, emails, and a mobile-responsive lot manager. • Converted leads into clients by designing sales collateral (pdfs, presentations) and redesigning 60% of the marketing website.

Collaborated with a small team of 3 to evaluate, redesign, and implement marketing websites for 22 small and emerging businesses. Led design for 4 mobile applications, from concept to handoff. Conceptualized and developed digital designs from low fidelity sketches and wireframes to high fidelity production screens, led user interface design, created style guides, and developed brand identity for new brands. Shaped digital experiences through branding, storytelling, typography, UX best practices, and UI design.Project Highlights:• Designed a custom freight logistics dashboard for a supply chain company to track and predict metrics, optimize transportation routes, and schedule drivers.

After working as a server, was hired on as a contract designer to help upper level management communicate clearly new menu offerings to guests. Designed and updated rotating specials menus, coupons, and special event flyers as needed.

Assisted in an automated greenhouse research project in the Laboratory for Playful Computation in order to develop educational curriculum that will integrate computational thinking into STEM subjects in K12 education. Project in collaboration with Iowa State and Boston College.

Attracted new prospects to the leasing office through various media (social media, guerilla marketing, word of mouth). Demoed the model and sold the property to prospective residents.Answered any questions prospective residents might have, in person, over the phone, or through email and guided signers through the leasing process, including general office paperwork and administrative duties.Provided excellent customer service for past, present, and future residents.
