This is near and dear to my heart as I took care of my grandfather in the last few years of his life, helping him reach 100 years of age and throwing him a Superman Birthday Party. I have been at the Mississippi Coast Model Railroad Museum since 2016. I have helped the museum grow in social media, created an annual fundraiser & am working on multiple programs to create a long-term, sustainable program. I helped create its new Gift Shop, help manage the team, liaison as needed for all key aspects of the business. The museum is steadily growing, we are taking in more visitors and donations each day to help with our programs. We have over 85 running model trains, the largest LEGO display in Mississippi, outdoor gardens & g-scale trains, and 4 outdoor riding trains. We are also working on our new "Swamp Tunnel" which is still under construction and we are looking at what awesome things we can create with it. Keep watching!! Bigger and Better things are happening every day.

RPM FroYo New Orleans has been open since November of 2012. It has been a great learning in the City of New Orleans. We have 8 soft-serve machines that serve 24 flavors of yogurt, ice cream, sorbet and even gelato, and 8 flavors of Blue Bell Ice Cream. We are having our 2nd Anniversary November 12th and are launching our new King Cake Croissant and expanding our name to FroYo Cafe and Sweets. We have an event trailer so we can do indoor or outdoor events. Definitely stop in to see us if you are in the area!!

Brought together 5 local restaurants to kickstart the Infinity Cafe and oversaw the Cafe for the first year. Came up with and devised the plan for the first year that was a win-win for all involved that could develop into a long-term solution. Worked strategically with the Hancock Chamber and Infinity Space Center to help where needed to develop school tours to include lunch. Was a fun experience and learned a lot about managing multiple restaurant personalities and overseeing massive restaurant equipment. Has been great to see the evolvement of this awesome facility and event center.

Assisted in the management of Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan. Throughout the years traveled back and forth from Mississippi to Michigan to assist with event planning, office management, marketing, board member, and any assistance in general needed. It is a beautiful facility in an awesome location on Lake Charlevoix. If you make it up that way, ask for the owner, Linda Mueller, to show you around. She will gladly do it and she is Awesome!!
