Directs the development and execution of standards, strategy, process, governance, integration and scalability of Practice Delivery Framework related activities for TEKsystems Global Services Practice Areas. Responsible for the successful project management and change management of assigned chartered Strategic Initiatives.Key Responsibilities and Authorities:Operations• Drive delivery frameworks and ensure appropriate accountability for the improvement of processes and systems based on results• On a continuing basis, assess TEKsystems Global Services’ delivery frameworks and standards and associated training content and manage requisite changes to ensure delivery excellence and consistency• Promote and improve the functionality and usage of PMO related systems and metrics• Develop and maintain governance programs for delivery processesPeople• Assess and develop team members to appropriately align tasks associated with each initiative• Monitor training activities associated with initiatives to ensure they are effective• Provide regular performance feedback to PMO and ad hoc team membersCustomer Focus• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders• Measure customer satisfaction and recommend/implement changes based upon feedback• Present information on initiatives to peers, teams and upper management• Ensure escalated issues are resolved timely and efficiently

•Manage the Internal Quality Organization Quality Auditors•Serve as single point of contact for quality related matters, such as; root cause analysis and corrective action plans.•Serve as liaison between EF&I and Global Delivery.•Develop, maintain and cascade quality information to the field: standard procedures, processes, policies and templates.•Ensure proper on-boarding and requisite training is administered and records maintained.•Schedule weekly and monthly workmanship audits.•Perform quality checks on project documentation and customer databases. •Report audit findings and facilitate corrective actions and preventive measures.

Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of asset inventory data meet industry standards. Manage the collection of inventory data using remote field kits (via courier and web) for small or remote sites.
