Was asked to come and work in a pilot at Nordea Business Centre. Meaning of the pilot was to start a phone and online meeting solution for corporate customers. Testing different ways, training new people and serving customers were main responsibilities. Otherwise responsibilities were same as below. Pilot was three months and after that it became permanent and was asked to stay and continue.
