One of my major tasks as an AVP assistant is the daily monitoring and reconciliation of reports. These reports were presented to the top management. I do monitoring of revenue status of the branches. This help us to push the branches who have low sales to sell more. This strategy help us to reach the highest income that AVP achieved on the company's history. I also cascade the rates to all out branches for money changing purposes. I also approve/disapprove the special rate requested by our frontline associates. I also assist our frontline associates (FLA) regarding AVP concerns. I also disseminates some of the memos and reminders to all branches. I do endorsement of cash advances for the branch. I also do posting of top branches in all AVP. This helps us to motivate the branch to sell more. I create Minutes of meetings every AVP huddle. I also think of the startegies on how to push the sales of the products I handle. I also help my co workers on their job by offering help to them if I already finished my task on that day. I am also a part of TATAK team in our company. TATAK team is a small organization which is a group of representatives by each department. We arrange events for the company that help employees to build camaraderie and unity.

I answer the queries of the clients. I check our inventories regularly. I send the proposals that will meet the requirements of the clients. I also call possible prospects and old clients for additional sales. I also assist the technicians in their needs for the repairs of our units. I encode and update our sales, purchases, records and customer data base regularly. I also think of ways and strategies on how to reach our monthly quota.
