Duties and Responsibilities:• Prepares and submit monthly consumed report of Leadframes/LED and Plastic Molding to accounting section and General Manager.• Prepares and submit long term and scrap value report to accounting section.• Prepares and submit monthly loss report of Leadframes/LED to accounting section and General Manager.• Prepares delivery order (Kanban) and Purchase Orders (PO) and communicates it properly to suppliers.• Monitors daily production output versus the actual material consumed to identify the material losses.• Coordinates effectively with Production Planner for the delivery schedule of raw materials and the required quantity needed base on Production Schedule.• Prepare monthly Material planning and Forecast to Suppliers.• Ensures that all confidential information and documents are strictly maintained; quality and environmental policy is faithfully followed and 5S and safety are strictly practiced.• Practices and maintain high level of professionalism and business ethics. • Attends cross-functional meetings and other coordination as may think necessary. • Perform other duties as maybe assigned by the superior.
