The life of a cashier and working as a customer service representative is something I value. Having good customer service skills is very important in every job. It is important to stay calm in tough situations. You can’t be upset or mad at someone because really they are not even mad at you they are upset about a particular situation at hand. Working the cash register is great. You get to be face to face with the customers, making sure they found everything they are looking for and making conversations with them so that they come back and shop at tat store again and again. I worked at Walmart many times and working there was really amazing. I learned a lot working there it was my first job and first customer service experience. I can admit I experienced some tough times trying to stay calm in tough situations. It really does make you a better person and helps you understand that as long as you have great customer service skills you can be amazing and people will only want to check out at your line and no one else’s. I am currently attending CollegeAmerica and I am getting my associates in Business Management. In my near future I want to own my own business and I would love to give back to the community and the world. I have awards for being on the dean’s list which is having a GPA that is 3.5 and above. Outstanding! I also have won awards for having good attendance coming to school on time and being there every day. Owning my own business is very exciting to me. Just having the knowledge to own your own business can help out in so many ways. Even if I decide in the future that I do not want to own my own business yet. I can still take that knowledge that I have learned and apply it to my personal life. It can help with budgeting, managing money and being productive. Recording where your money goes and saving can really take you a long way. Even if you put away $5 toward saving your money at least your making an effort and putting something away it all adds up.
