I recently graduated from Colorado State University located in Fort Collins, Colorado with my B.S in Chemical and Biological Engineering. I have completed multiple classes in chemical and biological engineering, chemistry, biology, calculus, and physics. Equally important, I had just completed the courses of Process Control and Instrumentation, Chemical/Biological Engineering lab II, and Chemical/Biological Engineering Design II in Spring 2021. This past summer, I had completed the Bioprocessing Summer Undergraduate Internship Training and Education (BSUITE) at Keck Graduate Institute. I designed a biomanufacturing process for the development of a cell therapy vaccine derived from Adeno-associated viruses (AAV) for COVID-19. I have experience working as a lab assistant for the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (TSE) Lab in Fort Collins, Colorado. Additionally, I maintained safety guidelines and followed protocols in a Biological Safety Level 2 Lab (BSL-2). I have a well-rounded background in various lab procedures and analyzing results. I communicate effectively with others, improved on problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and worked in teams to accomplish set goals.
