Client Operations Team Lead
Current- Acquired a team of entry-level digital marketers, spanning from 3 part-time collegiate interns + 6 full-time apprentices- Engaged in 60 and 90 day performance reviews for direct reports, gauging interest on potential long-term opportunities, goal-setting, and career pathing within the company- Advanced project management and increased exposure to cross-functional relationships that are maintained between Client Operations and external client-facing departments- Responsible for hiring, training, and development of newly acquired talent - Leads daily task check-ins with direct reports, assisting in troubleshooting, collaboration, and acts as a point of escalation for assigned tasks and projects- Maintain apprentice utilization and bandwidth on a daily cadence, QAing deliverables prior to sending off to stakeholders for final review- Compiled team-wide SOPs and task menu items into an external-facing google sites Playbook, with intention to increase adoption of tapping into Client Operations personnel- Provides comparative analysis of WoW, MoM, and YoY data that is representative of Client Operations production work that supports 10+ client-facing departments- Dedication to retention of team members and maintaining a positive day-to-day workforce culture
