This role involves managing a team to identify, develop and deliver strategic sustainable industry and agriculture projects. The projects aim to increase capacity and knowledge as well as best practice methods. Considered are areas of climate variability, carbon sequestration, diversification options, decision making tools, leadership, production, best management practices, supporting policy and calculation of future impacts. The role requires community engagement and consultation in the creation and on-going development of programs and projects with a cross agency consideration.

A joint position between two organisations.WCMA involved the support of lanhodlers with natural resource intitiatives and fundign applications.UNSW involved research and on-ground works with an adaptive kangaroo managment trial involving processors, harvestors and landholders. A paper regarding this has been published.

A three week fill in that lasted fifteen months. Organise, create and report stories and features with a rural content on local ans state radio.

As the inaugural civilian club manager - my role was to turn the business from a negative to a positive cash flow. Sourcing long term opportunities that would enable the business to self - fund was a major priority.
