CurrentEnsuring compliance with ethical guidelines and standards in social science research, including obtaining informed consent, protecting participant confidentiality, and adhering to institutional review board (IRB) requirements.• Designing and implementing methods for collecting data, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, experiments, or observational studies to developing survey instruments ensuring data quality and integrity.• Data Analysis by utilizing statistical software and techniques to analyze quantitative data, such as conducting descriptive and inferential statistics, regression analysis, factor analysis, or data mining. For qualitative data, employing methods such as thematic analysis, content analysis, or discourse analysis to identify patterns and themes.• Developing research proposals and study designs determining appropriate sampling methods, data collection procedures, and analytical techniques.• Conducting comprehensive literature reviews to gather relevant research findings, theoretical frameworks, and methodologies to inform research projects and support evidence-based decision-making.• Utilizing investigative data tools (TLO) to analyze spatial data and create real time reports to locate subjects in any geographical location. • Managing and maintaining databases of research data, including data entry, cleaning, organization, and documentation to ensure data integrity and accessibility.• Communicating research findings effectively through written reports, presentations, and visualizations. This includes interpreting statistical analyses, summarizing key findings, and providing actionable recommendations based on research results.
