I guide leaders to reach and engage with their teams, aligning them toward a common goal and mission. In the end, our collaborative painting creates a testament to the strengths, values, and mission of your organization.As a coach, I guide people to harness their unique brilliance, uncover and connect with their purpose leading them to more significant opportunities, greater impact, and a fulfilling life. I lead with energy, focus, and empathy. I love uphill hikes in the sun wearing a 35lb backpack. If I can catch a sunrise at the top, all the better! I bring over 20 years of professional and dynamic client-centered experience to every individual meeting or corporate project. I have also successfully done this work with nonprofit organizations. Over the past eight years, we've raised close to 100k while working with almost 1000 people worldwide. I bring this same passion and enthusiasm to each coaching session and collaborative project.Have you ever gone to a Christmas eve service, and everyone lights the candle of the person next to them until the whole church is filled with candlelight?
