Managed the full recruitment process including creating adverts, publishing roles, shortlisting, completing phone screens, scheduling interviews, interviewing and coordinating panel interviews, completing reference checks, ensuring required documentation is on file and drafting and sending offer letters. Trained new managers in how to use the applicant tracking system, recruitment best practice and policies.
