Managing the complex draught systems. Helping organise training records.Reached out to our People crew in March 2020 to discuss mental health platforms and signposts within the BrewDog community. Worked with our HR director to set up the Mental Health framework and resource database for staff. Approached by our Head of Operations to take over the Mental Health Support on our company comms channel where I have built up a community and helped many staff members over the last year. I have reached out to those I have had concerns about and received feedback from individuals and their team manager stating that I have had a very positive impact on them.in 2021, I received 2 company awards; The Communication Award- This was chosen by colleagues across the business. I was recognised for doing everything I could to bring people closer together during lockdown. Keeping positive messages flowing and reaching out to crewmates who were struggling.Lockdown Hero Award- This was chosen by BrewDog founders and owners James Watt and Martin Dickie. I was recognised for going above and beyond for my colleagues and the company during Lockdown, winning this award out of a pool of absolutely amazing candidates who had won awards from the other categories.
