I engage in daily planning, instruction, and evaluation of assessments in a fourth-grade class while maintaining a positive learning environment with the emphasized rigor of an AVID program.

I maintained and supervised the climbing wall to present a safe and friendly community atmosphere. For students and faculty I provided one-on-one technical training sessions to help students find and capitalize on their personal strengths in climbing. As a leader of a team I tracked and supported staff training including safety qualifications while planning and overseeing events. I managed a team of student workers to provide a safe, hygienic, and encouraging environment.
