I support a team of top Senior Account Executives to determine our customer's IT needs and provide industry-leading solutions. Elected to the position of Vice President of Recruitment on the University of Maine's Panhellenic Council, I planned and executed the largest student organization recruitment event held at the University of Maine. During my term on the council I oversaw recruitment activities for over 500 women, where I created and implemented a strategic recruitment plan. I interviewed, selected and trained a recruitment team of twenty women to support the recruitment process. In this position I honed my management and planning skills, proved I can meet crucial deadlines on time, and showed I'm a polished public speaker, as a crucial platform to promote Greek Life was to present to the entire incoming class of 2016 the benefits of joining a sorority or fraternity.
