I design, prototype and implement public space and public art projects that give the public direct, unexpected experiences of themselves. Imagine hearing a live heartbeat on a busy downtown street or happening upon a bench where you can lay with your legs toward the sky. Such encounters shift the context of how we engage with each other & our environment. They bring us into contact with Body Literacy: the understanding that our embodiment is a resource for everything we do.

This is my private yoga studio dedicated to one-on-one and small group practice. I offer individual sessions, small group classes, workshops and teacher mentoring. Practice focuses on skillfully addressing each practitioners' particular needs, patterns and intentions. Precision of alignment, the facilitation of fascial reorganization, the development of awareness and concentration are incorporated into each session to affect slow, lasting changes. Main influences are the yoga sutras of Patanjali, the work of Judith Hirt, R.Y.T, Body Mind Centering, Structural Integration (Bond and Myers), as well as my 15-year dedicated personal practice.
