With over 20 years of experience in video and film production, I am a passionate and creative executive producer who strives to tell compelling and impactful stories. I have a master's degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and I have developed a strong skill set in managing complex and diverse projects, from podcasts to documentaries. I am currently working as the executive producer for We The Children- Kids Talk Climate Change Podcast. As the executive producer for We The Children, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from direction and booking guests, to assisting scripts and tracking podcast metrics. I also lend support to the podcast host and the other team members throughout the production process. I have successfully produced several episodes of the podcast, featuring interviews with experts, advocates, and other climate advocates. I have also leveraged my previous experience as a documentary film producer for After Kony - Staging Hope, a powerful message of hope delivered by child soldiers in northern Uganda. I have applied my skills in creating treatments, budgets, schedules, contracts, and editing to produce high-quality and engaging documentary films.
