Responsible for the oversight of the Force Support Squadron's largest and most diverse flight with two fitness centers, two dining facilities, consolidated club with 4 restaurants, catering department, special events, slots and amusements, and lodging facilities. Supervise 250 active duty, civilian, and contract employees and manage $6M NAF budget and $1M APF budget. Responsible for the protection and inventory of $16M NAF assets.

Responsible for the oversight of The Education Center, Library, Career Advisor and Airman Leadership School.

Plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive community programs. Develop, coordinate and publicize annual program calendar to include self directed recreational opportunities, social programs, Single Airman programs, cultural performances, large base-wide special events, open houses and USO/AFE entertainment events. Establish emergency action plans for base-wide special events. Serves as project officer for Tops In Blue as well as the Single Airman Program Initiative. Develop short and long range community center program and financial goals and objectives. Review and update policies and procedures to keep in line with changing requirements. Update delivery service models, ensuring efficiency and financial viability.Supervise 20 full-time and part-time subordinate staff, including APF, NAF, MLC and IHA employees, ensuring organizational goals and objectives are met. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities including hiring, firing, within grade increases and awards. Develop, modify and interpret performance standards. Provide regular feedback, taking corrective action when necessary to maintain appropriate work environment. Develop, execute and evaluate comprehensive $1M annual operating budget. Monitor monthly expenditures. Initiate and approve purchase requests and Individual Services Contracts (ISCs). Write, review and submit Performance Work Statements (PWS) to NAF and Base contracting officers. Prepare budget assumptions and justifications for NAF Council.Ensure facility and equipment is maintained. Submit appropriate justification and formal requests to modify, improve or modernize the facility. Maintain accountability for appropriated (APF) and nonappropriated (NAF) equipment.Utilize interpersonal skills to establish, develop and maintain effective relationships. Write, edit and compile white papers, talking points, award packages and executive level briefs for Flight Chief, Squadron Commander, Group Commander and Wing Commander.

Develop, prioritize and execute comprehensive strategic communication, promotional, advertising and public relations plans for 27 recreational, dining, childcare, bachelor housing, and family support programs. Provide operational (OPCON) and administrative (ADCON) support for all Fleet and Family Readiness quality of life (QOL) programs, services and facilities.
