With a career spanning twenty-two years with the British Army, attaining the leaving rank of Staff Sergeant and responsible for multiple teams across several projects including being a key contact for the IT equipment transfer which required cross-team coordination with several external agencies. This included having a senior role in several projects that required management of multi-million-pound budgets. All these projects were delivered to strict parameters and delivered on time and under budget. Over twenty-two years’ experience of working to tight deadlines in a highly targeted environment, managing a strong team of exceptionally trained and motivated individuals and clear and strict operation guidelines.
