This includes organizational strategic planning and providing consistent oversight into decisions and communication throughout all departments based on knowledge and experience with this generation.

In this role, I oversaw the coaching process, which entails working with current college students and recent grads from initial interest through acceptance. This includes making decisions about the direction and nature of communication with college students; creating various special projects and campaigns to increase the effectiveness of working with this new generation, and leading a staff team of coaches.

In this role, I provided one-on-one coaching through the application steps to encourage seniors as they discern if serving globally with GoCorps is the right choice. This includes various communication touch points with underclassmen and seniors to cast vision, connect students to a team that best fits their passions, skills, experiences, and counsel students in this significant life decision.

I speak and consult with churches, collegiate ministries, and missions organizations interested in learning how to more effectively serve and send the next generation. My focus is on Understanding and Mobilizing Gen Z, including statistics, cultural realities, real world stories, practical strategies, and hopeful exhortation to empower individuals and institutions to engage, equip, and retain Gen Z.Organizations I've partnered with include Sixteen: Fifteen, Upstream Collective, United World Mission, Campus Outreach, Resource Exchange International, Avant Ministries, Velvet Ashes, Cafe 1040, SEND Athens, The Missionary Mobilization Podcast, Mission ConneXion, Leading Tomorrow Podcast, and the Evangelical Mission Society.

Mobilizing Gen Z blends leading research with the voices of current mission practitioners to unpack the dynamics behind our changing culture and the resulting impact on the church. Encouraging and winsome, Mobilizing Gen Z provides practical tools and strategies for engaging, equipping, and retaining Gen Z for global missions.
