• Being an Account Manager for Channel Partners in Northern Europe• E2E responsibility for delivery processes related to Channel Partners• Communication with respective partners on a regular basis regarding Business & Delivery KPIs, request and work on improvement action plans • Educate partners – Deliver operational trainings • Communicate and discuss program/products changes and requirements• Ensure partners have competent technical resources • Perform onsite/remote assessments in order to ensure partners meet all program business & delivery accreditation criteria • Take ownership of partner’s escalations into HPE• Work under own initiative and take ownership of issues, ensuring best in class support to partners and customers

- Responsible for end to end operational activities and projects within Partner Support Domain, as well as Deployment of HP branded services via partners;- Communication with partners about their weekly missed cases, backlog, etc.;- Ensuring that the partner has uploaded the necessary documentation, based on the project deliverables and Ops guides;- Monthly reports distribution to partners;- Communication with respective partners for validation, follow-up, corrective action plans;- Raising Purchase requisitions; - Documentation and checking of Purchase Requisitions and partner deliverables/claims;- Being the main contact for all projects related matters for partners;- Proactively drive all the tasks to ensure the quickest project handling and best partner experience.
