She served as director of a 4-person team, with a 124% increase in year-over-year revenue during her tenure. She was instrumental in advancing the major gift program, securing $100K-$300K+ in seeded funding before each campaign launch. Her portfolio included 100 qualified major donors and 100 prospects. She also oversaw donor operations and relations, streamlining existing workflows and processes for proposal development, annual appeals, reporting systems, and grant acknowledgements.

In addition, she led rebranding for the Friends Circle mid-level donor program, including content marketing development, cultivation, direct mail and email solicitation, and stewardship. She also expanded the foundation pipeline for arts education and access/inclusion programs, securing increased funding from five new foundations in her first six months.
