Crew Trainer
CurrentAs a Crew Trainer I have been responsible for supporting the management team to maintain efficient operations of the restaurant. Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment has helped me to develop particularly strong communication and time management skills. My role involves:- Leading specific areas of the restaurant, ensuring crew are upholding company procedures whilst maintaining efficiency during peak hours- Training and onboarding new employees, helping them transition smoothly into their roles whilst supporting them to develop new technical skills at different stations- Providing corrective coaching to both new and existing crew members, guiding staff to maintain high standards of food safety and customer service- Working closely with the management team to support the daily operations of the restaurant and help crew perform at their best
