Manage projects on time and on budget as well as apply effective change management practices to realize and sustain intended project benefits. Communicate project risks and issues to appropriate levels of stakeholder and sponsor groups to ensure visibility and timely resolution. Successfully completed a Human Resources Management Systems implementation, migrating 6 individual systems into 1 integrated cloud-based application. I was the Project Manager working with a project team of 10 HR and IT professionals and 10+ external vendors on this multi-year project to bring enterprise wide efficiency and improved reporting capabilities.

I was the Lead Project Manager for the Lab Center Program at IBM's annual Insight (formerly known as Information on Demand) and InterConnect Conference. In this role, I organize all the logistical requirements prior to the start of the conference, including lab selection, program scheduling, lab collection, hardware procurement, program staffing and staff schedules. On-site management involves managing 80+ team members to set up the program infrastructure, including build-out, and deployment of 600+ laptops and images.

Oversaw the IM Technical Bootcamp Program, delivering 600+ technical training classes worldwide to IBM business partners and clients.

Developed and oversaw the corporate Privacy Program, helping to ensure that the firm's actions were in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Created and implemented the annual company-wide Compliance training program, including topics such as ethics, privacy, anti-money laundering, and anti-bribery.Founding member of the Training & Development team, established to create and implement a formal professional development training program for the Compliance department.Drafted and reviewed corporate policies and procedures to ensure adherence to securities regulations and other applicable legislation.Conducted regular testing and monitoring of various departmental business activities to assess adherence to departmental and corporate policies and procedures and applicable regulations.Oversaw all Co-operative Marketing initiatives between Sales and external business partners.

Coordinated and updated new hire training calendar including scheduling of guest speakers.Designed and prepared training programs and instructional manuals for new hire training and new product launches. Facilitated training programs such as: an eight-week new hire training program for call centre representatives focusing on product knowledge, privacy and security protocols, soft skills, and practical application.Prepared knowledge tests for internal clients using Questionmark software.
