As an Assistant Manager Guest Experience and Visual Merchandising Team Lead at lululemon, I create engaging and inspiring store displays that showcase the brand's values and products, while ensuring that the visual standards are aligned with the company's goals and the customers' needs. I also collaborate with the store management and the educators to provide exceptional service and feedback to our guests, and to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork among our staff. I graduated from Washington State University in 2020 with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in fashion trends, retail operations, marketing, and sustainability. I have also developed my attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills through various internships, volunteer roles, and extracurricular activities.
