I started as a customer care representative and become a team leader. It was a great experience to talk with different kind of customers, understand their problems and solve these problems. The main objective of my job was satisfaction of customers and retain them. It was a challenging job but I enjoyed it, I can easily convince the customers and solve their problems. I achieved award of best employee in that company.
